ACBC Office Bearer

Our National Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place at 1:00pm AEDT 21/11/2023 via zoom.

In accordance with clause 13.4 of the constitution, at the National Annual General Meeting members will elect the following Office Bearers for the next 12 months:

1. National President

2. National Vice President

3. National Treasurer

We’re now calling for nominations for Office Bearers.

In accordance with clause 13.6 of the constitution, to be eligible for nomination you must be a current and financial member of the Australia China Business Council or a person nominated by a current and financial member of the Australia China Business Council, and satisfy the eligibility criteria below.

In accordance with clause 13.7 of the constitution, to nominate please complete the Office Bearer Nomination Form 2023 and forward the completed form to the Company Secretary no later than 5:00pm AEDT 30/10/2023.

Once nominations have closed, we’ll forward to you the meeting notice, which will include those nominated for Office Bearers.

National Office Bearers – Eligibility Criteria

In accordance with clause 13.5 of the constitution, if an individual has been an Office Bearer for 6 consecutive terms, they are not eligible for election as an Office Bearer at the National Annual General Meeting at which their 6th term expires.
