Board Nomination Notice
Dear Members,
Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place at 1:00pm AEDT 19/11/2024 via zoom.
At the Annual General Meeting, members will elect the following Office Bearers to the Board for the next 12 months:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
We’re now calling for nominations for Office Bearers!
To nominate, please complete the online Board Nomination Form or paper form here and submit the completed form no later than 5:00pm AEDT 28/10/2024.
To be eligible for nomination, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- you must be a current and paid up member or a person nominated by a current and paid up member
- you must not have held the Office Bearer position for more than 6 consecutive terms
In addition, you must satisfy acknowledgement and disclosure requirements outlined in the online Board Nomination Form
Once nominations have closed, we’ll forward to you the meeting notice, which will include those nominated for Office Bearers.
