According to eMarketer Inside Intelligence:

Last year, brick-and-mortar sales declined by 18.6% in China, and we project brick-and-mortar sales will decline by another 9.8% this year. By comparison, eCommerce grew by 27.5% in 2020 and will grow by another 21.0% in 2021. So with China being such a large and exciting online eCommerce opportunity for business around the world, it’s time for Australian business to consider their entry into the business of Cross Border trade, and the best way to get started is by building a Chinese-language website.
