The Australia China Business Council Victoria’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 17 October 2024 from 4.30pm to 6.00pm including networking drinks at International Chamber House, 5/121 Exhibition St, Melbourne.

Please join us to hear about the activities of the Victorian branch over the past year and to learn about our exciting future plans.

This year’s AGM will be in-person only with the opportunity to network with members and the ACBC Vic executive over nibbles and drinks following the meeting.

The business of the meeting is to:

  1. Confirm the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
  2. Receive the President’s Report
  3. Receive the Treasurer’s Report
  4. Elect Office Bearers for 2024-2025
  5. Attend to any other business

Voting:

To be eligible to vote at the meeting you must be present at the meeting and be:

  1. a current paid-up member
  2. a representative of a current paid-up member
  3. a proxy of a current paid-up member

Proxies:

An eligible member may appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the meeting. To appoint a proxy, please complete the proxy form and forward the completed proxy form to the Branch Secretary no later than 4:30pm AEDT on Tuesday 16 October 2024

During the meeting, we welcome questions from members. We will endeavour to address as many questions as we can during the meeting session. If we don’t address your question during the meeting sessions, we will look to answer the question directly with you after the meeting.
