In accordance with Clause 16.2 of the ACBC Constitution, the ACBC NSW Branch Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place from 4:00–6:00pmAEDTon 12 November 2026 at Level 14, 140 Sussex Street, Bank of China Building.

The AGM will be held in-person only.
Branch Executive Committee Office Bearers – Call for Nominations
At the Branch Annual General Meeting, members will elect the following Office Bearers to the Branch Executive Committee for the next 12 months:
Branch President
at least two Branch Vice Presidents
Branch Treasurer
ACBC NSW Branch Representative to the ACBC National Board appointed as a Director of the Company.
Branch Executive Committee Member.

Have the nominee email <nsw@acbc.com.au> from their own email address, stating their full name, confirming their consent to act in the nominated position(s) if elected. The Nominee should also advise whether they have registered or are required to register under the Foreign Influence Transparency Scheme as outlined here: https://www.ag.gov.au/integrity/foreign-influence-transparency-scheme
Both the completed Nomination Form and the nominee’s confirmation email must be received by 5:00 pm AEDT on 22 October 2026 for the nomination to be valid.
To be eligible for nomination, the nominee must:
be a current member or a person nominated by a corporate member (a natural person member cannot nominate a non-member, pursuant to clauses 16.8 and 16.6(c) of the ACBC Constitution); and
for the positions of Branch President and Branch Vice President, not have served six consecutive terms ending at this AGM, unless reappointment for one further one-year term is approved under Clause 16.4(b) of the Constitution; and
satisfy the acknowledgement and consent requirements outlined above via email by the deadline.
In accordance with Clause 16.3 of the Constitution, a person elected as ACBC NSW Branch Representative to the ACBC National Board may also hold another position on the Branch Executive Committee.
