Getting Your Goods to China – Logistics, Quarantine and Finding the Right Port of Entry | ACBC Vic China Export Program

26 Aug 2021

The Australia China Business Council Victoria (ACBC Vic) is excited to partner with the Victorian Government’s Global Victoria to offer an extensive program for the revival of Victorian Business.

Through a series of targeted digital workshops exploring export opportunities with China, ACBC Vic aims to empower Victorian exporters to take full advantage of Australia’s largest trading partner, build cross-border relationships and drive Victoria’s global economy.

This session will see industry leaders in global logistics Jet Li (Australia Quality Assurance) in tandem with Al Liang (CCIC), Arnold Jorge (Export Council of Australia) and Brett Charlton (Agility Logistics) provide guests with the latest regulatory and industry knowledge to navigate freighting to China, quarantine certification and finding the right port of entry.

Together with Victoria-China business leaders Nick Henderson (Deputy Commissioner to Greater China) and Virginia Birrell (ACBC Vic), our industry experts will guide you through everything you need to know about adhering to the latest Chinese export standards, documentation and certification requirements under the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) to help you get your goods to China.

The session will include an interactive panel discussion with Q&A.
