Join ACBC QLD as we celebrate the importance of Queensland’s Food and Ag Sector and highlight the role of innovation and marketing – both domestically and internationally.

Sunny Queen Australia, a Queensland based farmer’s owned business, has over the last eight decades built a strong Australian presence but also expanded its international footprint. Leading the Eggs and Egg products industry, it has an innovative & unique portfolio proudly manufactured in Queensland and marketed in multiple channels.

Our guests will hear from Isabelle Dench, General Manager, Marketing and Innovation, Sunny Queen Australia on the opportunities and challenges of leading Sunny Queen’s growth strategy.

Brian Healey, Partner, K&L Gates will moderate this event.

This event is being run in compliance with our venue’s (K&L Gates) COVID-19 protocols (below).

We require all our partners and staff to be fully vaccinated to attend our offices. In compliance with our occupational health and safety obligations to our staff to ensure only fully vaccinated people enter our workplaces, it is therefore a necessary condition of entry into the K&L Gates Brisbane office, that all visitors must complete a check-in process and provide proof of full vaccination at the time of entry.

Upon arrival our Reception staff will request to view your COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement, displayed through the Medicare App, Check In Qld app or your smart phone “Wallet”. A printed version will also be acceptable.

This information will be gathered and managed in accordance with the attached Collection Statement for Vaccination Status (below).

Collection Statement for Vaccination Status (visitors to K&L Gates)

K&L Gates and its related entities (K&L Gates, we, us or our) seeks to:

• collect, record and hold your vaccination information and related health information; and

• take all reasonable steps to ensure that, after 11 October 2021, any person who is unvaccinated does not enter or remain on our premises.

The purpose of collection of your vaccination status and information is to comply with relevant laws and ensure as far as reasonably practicable that we can provide a work place that is safe and without risk to health for employees, clients, contractors and visitors. You are able to provide your vaccination status to us by showing a copy of either your immunisation history statement or COVID-19 digital certificate to our Reception staff upon arrival.

If you do not or are unable to provide this information, we are not permitted to allow you to visit our office and we will make arrangements to provide our services to you via alternative means other than in person. If you are a contractor to us you will be directed to not attend our offices until the required information is provided.

K&L Gates will collect use and disclose sensitive information including your vaccination status and other health information you may give us relating to COVID-19 such as COVID test results to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all staff, contractors, clients and visitors and to otherwise comply with applicable laws.

We may disclose this information to third parties as follows:

• to health authorities upon request for the purpose of them undertaking their functions in respect of COVID-19• to our clients, customers and contractors, if necessary for the purpose of contact tracing or to assist them to comply with their occupational health and safety obligations or other applicable laws

• to any of our related entities for reporting and administrative purposes

• to third party technology service providers in the ordinary operation or support of our business,

• to other third parties as set out in this statement or our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Sometimes, the third parties such as technology service providers that we may disclose the i information to may be located (and therefore your personal information may be disclosed)overseas, outside of your country of residence.

By providing your vaccination status and other health information relating to COVID-19 to us, you are taken to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this statement and with our Privacy Policy.
