ACBC Victoria is pleased to invite you to our 2016 Agribusiness Forum focusing on Food Trade with China.

Our expert speakers will discuss the current and proposed rules, regulations and procedures regarding food related trade with China, and will provide examples of where problems have occurred. The focus will be on market entry requirements as well as common pitfalls and mistakes to look out for.

Our speakers include: 

  • Mr Liu Hualu, Managing Director, China Commodity Inspection Corporation (CCIC) 
  • Mr Brett Hughes, Assistant Secretary, Trade & Market Access Division, Department of Agriculture and Water Resources
  • Dr Geoffrey Annison, Deputy CEO, Australian Food and Grocery Council 
  • Mr Stewart Davey, Manager, International Market Access, Dairy Australia
  • Mr David Blackmore, Founder, Blackmore Wagyu 

These presentations will include a number of case studies regarding doing business with China and will be followed by a panel discussion involving all speakers and additional panellists including Mr Jet Li, Managing Director, Quality Associates.

​This program will include morning tea and lunch, and will provide opportunities for Q&A and networking.
