20 May 2016
International Chamber House, Level 5, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne 3000
ACBC Victoria is pleased to invite you to hear Dr Xiang Junyong discuss industrial cooperation opportunities associated with China's One Belt One Road Initiative. He is the Vice Director of the Cooperative Research Department of Chongyang Financial Studies, and is currently undertaking a macro-evaluation project on One Belt One Road.
While Australia does not fall on the One Belt One Road map, the initiative presents Australian construction companies with an opportunity to gain from the spreading of economic development.
As is evident in the China Australia Free Trade Agreement, China clearly understands the benefits that the Australian services sector has to offer. The ChAFTA and the One Belt One Road initiative present opportunities for Australian companies to joint venture with Chinese companies in providing a range of services.
