ACBC Victoria is pleased to invite you to a luncheon seminar focusing on partnerships between Australian and Chinese companies and delivering successful property projects. Our guest speakers for the event are Mr Andrew Fortey, Managing Director of PDS Group and Mr Kevin Frawley, Partner at Arnold Bloch Leibler. 

Andrew Fortey has over 22 years’ experience in the project and construction industry and is a founding Director of PDS Group. PDS Group as Project and Development Managers are involved in a number of residential, commercial and mixed use projects of varying sizes across Melbourne, with a number of local and off-shore clients. As a leader in his field, Andrew has a vast knowledge of delivery strategy including management of construction projects, contracts and methods of delivery. He has a Bachelor of Construction Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Property and is a registered Commercial and Domestic builder. 
 
 
Kevin Frawley practises in building and construction law and in commercial litigation. Acting in major infrastructure and other significant national property projects, Kevin has extensive experience in the successful finalisation of property development and construction agreements with a particular emphasis on risk minimisation. Kevin also has considerable skill in claims management for a broad range of private developers and various financial and educational institutions. Kevin is ranked as a leading lawyer in the areas of construction and real estate in a number of prominent international guides to law firms, including Chambers Asia-Pacific and The Legal 500 Asia-PacificChambers Asia-Pacific comments that his “knowledge and understanding of the commercial issues for developers are outstanding”, and commends him for providing “direct, succinct advice within a cost-effective and timely context”.
