A special presentation by Alan Carroll on A Corporate Strategy for China: The Ten Better Questions
10 August 2006
Deacons, Level 15, 485 Bourke Street, Melbourne
Alan Carroll is one of Australia’s leading experts on economic and political developments in China: and is a superb presenter. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of the prestigious Pacific Rim Forum; and Executive Chairman of Carroll Partners International, a specialist strategic management consultancy. His Pacific Rim Forum is contracted to the Beijing authorities to conduct a program of key strategic seminars to business leaders throughout Europe, North America and Asia Pacific to expand the international awareness of China’s rapidly emerging capabilities in the lead-up to the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and during the Games themselves.
Alan’s presentation will discuss and answer some of the most important -- the ‘better’ -- questions about China, including ‘Can China sustain its growth to 2020?’; ‘What are China’s corporate visions for the future?’; ‘How is China planning to build a sustainable domestic capital market?’; and ‘What are China’s biggest corporate risks?’.
