Nick Yan and Jasmine Lu are Senior Business Development Managers with the Victorian Government.

Nick Yan is based in Shanghai and assists Victorian organizations to export goods, services and technologies to China. He also coordinates relationships with various levels of Chinese Government and supports Chinese business delegations coming to Victoria. Nick has provided assistance to companies in the automotive, aerospace, food and wine, ICT, biotech and skincare sectors. Nick has previously worked for a number of years with the China Britain Business Council (CBBC), the UK’s leading trade and investment agency that develops exports and investments to China.


Jasmine Lu is based in Hong Kong responsible for helping Victorian companies export to the Greater China Region (Southern China, Honk Kong, Macau and Taiwan).  She works closely with the DIIRD export team, the China investment team and has delivered high quality projects across the region. Jasmine has many years of export facilitation experience with Austrade in Australia and China. Her sectors of expertise are food & beverage, agriculture and services.
