ACBC Victoria was pleased to present a special Luncheon briefing on Tuesday 12th August on the topic "Do you need Australian management for your Australian office in China?" The luncheon featured guest speaker Mr Morry Morgan, Managing Director of ClarkMorgan based in Shanghai, Beijing and Melbourne.
The luncheon was highly successful with a large audience in attendance. Morry provided participants with an insight into his experiences in conducting Human Resources and Training practices in China for over 12 years as well as development of HR best practices in China.
The topic focusedon the need for Australian management to consider the right staffing mix in their China based firms. From the perspective of China-centric sales and human resource management, Morry advised Australian companies on how to best undertake human resource practices in their China based offices and manage an intercultural and dynamic workplace, from the perspective of China 1.0, China 2.0 and China 3.0 companies.
