China Business Essentials - Know Your Customer

08 June 2018

The Australia China Business Council, together with the Victoria Business Confucius Institute is pleased to invite you to China Essentials - Know Your Customer, with keynote speakers, Associate Professor Claire Wang, VBCI and Mr Bill Lang, Human Performance Group of Companies

China’s overall economic growth is slowing, but the Chinese consumer economy is still massive in absolute terms and poised for increasing growth. China thus represents one of the biggest opportunities for consumer companies in the world for the foreseeable future.

Aimed at SMEs, this workshop will cover a range of topics including:

  • Major trends shaping today’s Chinese consumers
  • The distinct groups of China’s Consumers
  • The buying cycle of a Chinese customer
