Ken Bridges - Managing Director at B&R Enclosures 
B&R Enclosures is a family owned advanced manufacturer of electrical enclosures with a 60-year history. Establishing a facility in China in 2011 to manufacture their commodity products allowed their Australian operations to focus on high value products and design and innovation. This strategy provided the critical mass that allowed them to focus on growth markets in Australia and overseas and was so successful that it gave them the confidence to establish a joint venture in Saudi Arabia and a distribution centre in Malaysia, taking advantage of the benefits of AANZFTA. Both the operations are showing positive effects on brand exposure and increasing reach in market due to being in the market place and provides possible expansion on partners and distributors. This strategy supports the growth of the entire business, including the Australian operations, as it gives B&R Enclosures greater control of their supply chain and demand channels.

Grant Doran - Managing Director, Ingrams Australia Pty Ltd 
Established in 1945, the company offers world-class shop fitting, architectural cabinetry and fine joinery. Ingrams successfully delivers projects of all sizes, whilst still providing customers with personalized one-on-one service, enabling custom-designed and complex ideas and plans to come to fruition. It is a market leader with projected sales of $30M+, directly employs 60 staff with staffing increasing to 120+ depending on the contract size. The company has a long experience of sourcing products from China with a strategy to ensure strict quality control. Grant is a qualified CPA and is responsible for the strategic and operational planning for the company. He was previously the General Manager of Choice Petroleum for 10 years, employing 350 staff with annualized turnover of $200 million per annum. He then successfully structured a private equity sale.

Louise McGrath National Manager - Business and International Advisory Services, Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) 
Louise has a broad range of experiences in international relations. She has a particular focus on international business training and facilitation, trade and border regulations, international transport and also has experience in the delivery of Government funded Export Programs. She has had wide experience in providing advice and counseling to manufacturing companies on export related planning and international marketing, government support programs and other trade related issues. She represents Australian industry in a number of multilateral forums, such as the Global Business Coalition and several Free Trade Agreement Industry working groups, including the East Business Council RCEP working group. The Ai Group is a peak industry association which along with its affiliates represents the interests of more than 60,000 businesses.

Helen Catalano - International Trade Finance Specialist, Westpac Group
Helen Catalano has been an International Trade Finance Specialist at the Westpac Group for 32 years, predominantly focusing on assisting Australian importers and exporters with working capital solutions.  An appropriate working capital solution can play an important part in developing your business strategy, improving overall business performance and finally, helping your business prosper and grow. Helen also works with her clients to ensure international trade risks are understood and to develop a suitable solution.

Andrew Meredith - Senior Relationship Manager, Westpac Group
Andrew Meredith is a Senior Relationship Manager at Westpac in the commercial banking segment, managing a small portfolio of diversified industry clients with turnover ranging between $10m - $200m. His client base is typically large privately owned businesses and emerging corporates. Andrew has over 7 years Banking and Corporate Finance experience, having worked across two major Australian banks and one of the Big 4 Accounting firms. Andrew has a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master in Applied Finance.

Tony Monaghan - Sales and Marketing Director Asia Pacific, MadePartners
The company is a leading provider of cost effective solutions to mitigate the risk associated with the procurement of rail, resources or infrastructure products from Asia.  Tony began his career as engineering cadet for BHP Newcastle Steelworks and became an expert in Total Quality Control (TQM) and a Process Supervisor of the Blast Furnace Department.  Following BHP, Tony managed large projects in the high-end contract electronic assembly industry, construction, building, mining and fabricated steel industries during the early days of China sourcing. Subsequently, Tony became the Chief Operating Officer for Bramco Electronics where he further leveraged his industry knowledge and TQM management skills.
