Melbourne: Changes to the 457 Visa Program and Implications for Victorian Businesses

ACBC Victoria is pleased to invite you to our 457 Visa seminar with guest speakers Mr Ivan Chait, Consultant, Santa Fe Immigration Services, and Ms Rachel Drew, National Immigration Partner, Holding Redlich.

The event will focus on changes to the 457 Visa program and their implications for Victorian businesses, as well as the practical requirements for sponsoring workers on long-stay work visas, both pre- and post-changes.

The presentations will be followed by chances for Q&A and discussion, as well as ample networking opportunities. 


About our speakers: 
Ivan Chait, Consultant, Santa Fe Immigration Services
Ivan has managed Santa Fe’s Immigration practice in Australia since April 2014. Prior to joining Santa Fe, Ivan managed his own Australian Immigration practice for 28 years which he developed to be a highly regarded and significant practice with a team of Registered Australian Immigration Consultants. Over the past 30 years, Ivan’s technical expertise includes all types of applications for permanent or temporary residence in Australia including Business, Investment, Employment, Skilled and Family Migration.

Rachel Drew, National Immigration Partner, Holding Redlich 
Rachel is a partner at Holding Redlich and the leader of the firm’s national immigration law group. She brings a unique depth and breadth of immigration law related legal experience from her years in private practice. This is complemented by Rachel’s role as an industrial relations lawyer. Rachel acts for international and Australian corporations, specialising in bringing skilled personnel to Australia and managing entitlements, termination and managing workplace complaints.
