In our discussion we look at why Chinese millennial stand out, what takes place on a CAMP program, how to build long term relationships in China and how Chinese and Australian skill sets complement each other, particularly in the innovation sector.

Andrea Myles is the co-founder and CEO of CAMP - a world first, bilateral innovation and cross-cultural leadership program that connects leading talent in between both Australia and China. Andrea lived in China for more than five years, has worked on social enterprisprograms in regional China, headed up the Australa China Business Council, led the delegation of then Prime Minister Gillard's second trip, and co-founded the Engaging China Project - a best-practice China engagement prgram in Australian high schools. Andrea has a working proficiency in Mandarin and holds two bilingual Masters degrees in Chinese business and culture. In 2014, Andrea was named one of Australia's 100 Most Influential Women by Westpac and the Australian Financial Review.
